I applied online via Indeed. The first round was with the director and the final round was with the senior HR. The HR said she will let me know in 3 to 4 days about the final results. Contacted the HR after a week and the response I got was very sketchy. She says the client wants someone who can come to "Hyderabad office" for training and after that you can work from home. When asked about the training duration, they said it depends upon the client. While the job posting stated the job location was "remote/Pune". This is by far the lamest excuse I've heard. What's client have to do with internal hiring and training? If you don't want to hire, don't waste someone's time and be upfront, don't give these kinds of excuses.
