Interview
It was ver easy. They asked some basic core Java questions, spring boot questions , Angular questions and simple coding round. They also asked me behavioral questions. Overall it was good.

Interview
I had an initial interview with a recruiter, which went well, followed by a second panel interview with the team. After the recruiter verbally confirmed the second interview, she mentioned a formal invite would follow within minutes. However, I didn't hear back for several days. I reached out mid-week, almost convinced they were ghosting me, and then received the official invite with the panelists' names just 20 hours before the interview. It really threw off my preparation. The recruiter later explained their system had been down for a few days.
The panel interview itself was very intense and heavily focused on domain knowledge. This was interesting because I asked the hiring manager about their biggest challenges when starting and they mentioned that gaining domain-specific knowledge was exactly what they struggled with when they first started.
Panel-styled interview with the direct manager, team lead, and adjacent team manager. The interview was slightly more intense than anticipated. There was a definite attempt to ensure the candidate not only could answer complex questions but also could accurately describe their current experience and speak to how it can translate at the NFCU level.
