I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at NeXtten Stauer (Burnsville, MN) in Sept 2018
Interview
When I was called to come in for my interview I was told the position pays 17.00/hr plus commission, I had to sit in the main lobby and wait for someone to come down and get me, the interview itself was good the position was explained and I was asked basic interview questions. After we were done talking I was offered a position right on the spot but was told once they feel that I have had enough training and can do the job I will be paid 8.00/hr plus commission

Interview
It was super smooth. I received an email from HR and I scheduled a virtual first interview with them. After that I had a second virtual interview with the manager. Overall smooth. It felt different and genuine than other interviews I had

Interview
I waited in the lobby for an extremely long amount of time. I called the HR lady and she didn't answer until my second call. It seems like they're understaffed, or extremely scattered. I sat in a what appeared to be a storage room waiting for my interviewer to show up, I waited another 10 minutes. The interviewers were dressed in casual clothes and jerseys, which gave me the impression that they are a very laid back place to work. There were a series of questions based on the sales job I was applying for. There were just a handful of questions and the interview was concluded. They escorted me out after we were done.
