Throughout this selection process, I was subjected to an extremely disrespectful and unprofessional experience. The conduct displayed by the interviewer was unethical, inappropriate, and entirely incompatible with the principles of a fair and respectful recruitment process. Such behavior poses a serious risk to candidates’ professional dignity, particularly those at the early stages of their careers. I will be formally reporting this incident to the relevant platforms to ensure that no other professional is exposed to similar treatment. Nonetheless, I appreciate the opportunity to have participated in the process.
