I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Needham & Co. (New York, NY)
Interview
No HR contact. Phone interviews with people form S&T, IB, and ER. In person final round with around 8 team members from ER. The process was fairly unstructured but everyone was nice. However, I never heard back after the final round, which I think is unprofessional.
