The tempo they maintained in the interview process and other HR training, created a eagerness to work in the company.
The way the treated us during the process gave me a nice feel and boosted my confidence to attend the interview.

If you know how to communicate you can pass it. Prepare your hobbies and just think why you want to switch into Hr consulting. It is an Ok company to join as a fresher.

It was a 2 day process. 1st hr round. She asked about my past experience. Then described about the job role. 2nd round was meeting with manager. His questions was mainly to check my leadership skills and how hard i could work.

Initially, I went through Aptitude,Group Discussion, and an operational interview round(All in one day as it was a pool campus hiring).
Post which I was called at their Pune Premises for the final round but I went through a data interpretation, email ethics and business communication round and that was ad-hoc for me.
After the ad-hoc test was another ad-hoc interview with Pune Development Centre. I was pretty nervous because I didn't know how many rounds were yet to come. My interview went on for 30 minutes and then I had the final HR Round.
All the interview rounds were good except for the HR round which should be more informative about the company's structure,appraisal,management and working.
