The process was an initial phone interview. I was asked if I could start within a specific date and agreed after the initial phone interview. When I arrived for the second interview,I was interviewed by two females. After the interview I was immediately sent a we are not interested email. Applying with this company was a complete waste of my time and energy. They seem to only be interested in hiring based off of ones culture, and if they like you personally rather than skills and qualifications. If you can reject people within one hour after the interview, you should not have called at all to interview in the first place. Don't waste peoples time if you are not smart enough to understand them in a phone interview and after reviewing their resume. Just hire your friends and family that are of the same culture as you and don't waste other people's valuable time.
