Neighborhood House(WA) interview questions

Very organized, timely callbacks and inclusive interview process. I always felt informed during the process and appreciated the opportunity to meet many stakeholders within the agency. There were several steps in the process but none felt repetitive and I appreciated the information given.

Was called to notify and schedule the first interview. Interview was with the supervisor for the position, an instructor, and an administrator. Second interview was with supervisor and someone from the Education and Career Training Department. For both interviews, they first provide questions to be asked and give you a few minutes to review and jot down notes before bringing you in. Ultimately, I chose to turn position down due to a long commute (just moved to the area). But the interview experience was very pleasant and definitely made me want to work there even more.
