Straight forward direct with the owner. Very simple, they want you to be a team player and hard worker. After that, they will reach out to take the background and drug check, if it is all good you get hired.

Very fast and straight to the point. If the owner likes you, you would be hired instantly.
After that, you would be able to get a drug screening and background check and then you would choose which is your best day to start.
