It was an ok process. The HR person that was setting me up for next round interviews forgot to schedule me for my last round and it was very delayed - they "fit me in" but after having that interview it was very clear that the position was already offered to another candidate. The final interview was very rushed and he only stayed on the call for about 5 minutes. (it was on my calendar for 30 minutes). Also was ignored when I asked for feedback. It clearly felt like I was inconveniencing them by applying. It was a blessing because it showed a lot of red flags in how they operate as a company. Not a good experience. I also want to note that I was extremely qualified - having held the same role at a competitor - and came highly recommended. If you aren't part of the "Ole Boys Club" I recommend moving on.

Panel interview with senior management. I had to present a business plan and do a formal presentation. Also had to define knowledge of geography and customer base. Format was provided and no feedback was given.
