      I applied online. I interviewed at NeoGrid (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Dec 2025

      O processo seletivo foi conduzido de forma frustrante. Houve falta de previsibilidade e de comunicação clara ao longo das etapas, com períodos extensos sem qualquer retorno. Além disso, o processo foi retomado duas vezes e teve mudanças significativas de escopo, mesmo após o candidato já ter passado por entrevistas, entregue um case e participado de uma etapa presencial. Ao final, foi informado que o perfil buscado havia mudado totalmente, com a exigência de fluência em espanhol, critério que não havia sido apresentado desde o início. Esse tipo de condução acaba sendo desrespeitoso com o tempo, a dedicação e a expectativa dos candidatos que se organizam e se comprometem com o processo.
