Had one phone screen, which lasted 10 minutes. I was interviewing for a Junior developer position that required only a year of experience. They asked many difficult questions that someone new into their career would not know. Also the two that interviewed me seemed rude and impatience. Based off how they were in the interview, had I gotten another interview I would have declined.
