Very streamlined process from beginning to end. Very competitive, good questions, got to get feel for position and company. Met several people on team, very professional but comfortable. Challenging but definitely see leadership wants to know you better.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at NeoTract (Pleasanton, CA) in Dec 2018
Interview
Initial HR screening followed by a phone call with the manufacturing manager. Next was an onsite interview with roughly 6 people across all different departments--5 of them in engineering. Overall, the interview process was very seamless and I had a overall positive experience.
I was well informed throughout the entire process, the hiring manager made herself very available and followed up with the engineer manager for questions I had that she couldn't outright answer. The team was very courteous and nice during the onsite interviews.
