      Interview

Process One round — a 45-minute phone screen with the recruiter. The recruiter reached out within a week of applying and was upfront about timeline and next steps from the start. What to Expect Standard intro call: background walkthrough, role overview, and a few questions about why I was interested in the company. Nothing unexpected. The recruiter clearly knew the role and could speak to team structure and what success looks like in the position. Overall Impression Efficient and respectful of my time. The recruiter was well-prepared and communicative — I had a clear sense of what the process would look like after just one call. Good signal that the company takes hiring seriously. Advice to Candidates Come ready to articulate why this role specifically. The recruiter asked pointed questions about fit, not just experience.
