Prima telefonata iniziale con l’HR, segue quindi la call e, una volta superata, avviene il colloquio con lo store manager della boutique. Durante la call ti viene chiesto di parlare delle esperienze e nel motivo della candidatura. Poi se si supera l’intervista si fa il colloquio in negozio dove vogliono vedere se sei adatto al ruolo

La selezione prevede 2 step: uno con azienda esterna di selezione, l’altro con boutique manager. In generale, processo consigliato. Sono stata ascoltata e c’è stata interazione. Sono durati circa 1 ora l’uno.

Interview
20-30 minute interview with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Very straight forward with questions ranging from previous experience to what you personally bring to the table. Managers were very respective and well spoken so the interview went very smooth.
