Interview
Went through a recruiter and it took 3 weeks of chasing to get a video interview booked in. The interviewers were very pleasant but seemed a little unprepared as it is clearly a busy time in the business. They were really nice and gave positive feedback after the interview. They promised to give feedback on next steps after a week. After a month of chasing the recruiter said the position has now been filled and there is no feedback to share. Very heartbroken as it was a dream job for me and I have no idea what I did wrong.
