I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Nespresso (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Three separate Interviews recruiter, district, and regional. All stated I was a good fit. Recruiter asked me to wait two weeks for next step with HR, that they felt I would be a great fit. Then all communication stopped after second week. No response to emails or phone calls. Great first impressions to very unprofessional.

I applied online. I interviewed at Nespresso (Bethesda, MD) in May 2017
Interview
Four phone interviews and one in person interview. Phone was with an assistant, the District Manager, regional manager, HR regional director and national retail store manager. 30 minute or longer phone calls and very detailed. After the last interview she said I did not have the required 2 years assistant store manager experience and was therefore not qualified and did not know why I had been interviewed and continually put through to the next round. A waste of everyone's time.
