I was head hunted and invited to apply for the role. On my first interview day half of the interviews were with people in the UK office and half with management in the US via a video chat out of the Nest office. The first day took around 2-3 hours in total. The second interview day was done all via video chat from my own home with around 5 of the US engineering team. The second day was around 3 hours in total. The interviews were all very relaxed and seemed more to make sure I would be a good fit in the team, communicative and passionate about the company.
