Interview
Hiring process consist of three round of interview. In the first round of interview, they ask basic questions. If you are able to satisfy them, they call for another round. In the second round of interview, they ask very subjective question relating to the profile of the work in which the candidate is into. Third round of interview is with the senior management person.

Teams interviews online, one with the recruitment person and another with the manager of the team, took some months for the whole process to be finalized, applied in September and offered in March
For the internship program first there was a group challenge with 5 participants led by HR, followed by an interview with the 4 bosses of some Nestlé areas for the ones that ended up going through

Round 1: Online Assessment
Round 2: Initial Interview: If you have been successful at the online aptitude tests stage, you will be invited to a first-round interview which usually takes the form of a telephone interview. You will be assessed on your compatibility with Nestle’s values, as well as your general skills and motivations. Questions and answers during Nestle’s interview may vary; however, you should ideally follow a STAR model in your responses.
