Fairly long interview process, long application form that gets reviewed, online tests, phone interview, an assessment centre and then a final interview.
Overall not a terrible experience, but it just felt like everyone hated their job and the HR people weren't the friendliest.

Interview
Online Application included Questions, Situational Judgement and then Numerical/Verbal Reasoning Tests.
After this, Nestle sends a Candidate Profile summarising the results from your online tests.
I didn't get any further in the process, but i was very frustrated because my Candidate Profile showed i had scored top marks, and i was given no feedback on why they rejected my application.
