I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Jan 2020
Interview
I arrived 25 mins before interview time, was interviewed an hour after the scheduled time.I was told to expect a decision in one week, I have not been contacted after the interview, it's been a month.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
all questions were behavioral. The standard stuff.
Got two phase. 1st is virtual and 2nd is face to face. They do ask 3 months payslip and IC copy before interview which I think not good unless you are being hiring. Red flag
Repetetive questions, nice HR but manager seemed judgmental, since I had no experience in this field (kept asking about finance, when I said i have no experience), overall i did not have a very great experience.
The supportive team environment fosters collaboration and encourages professional growth. I appreciate the emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail, which aligns perfectly with my values as a financial professional.
