I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nestlé (Kuala Lumpur) in Jun 2023
Interview
After applying through their website, the first stage is the online assessments via Pulsifi. The next stage was a one-way video interview where you have to answer a total of two questions within one minute respectively. After completing both tasks, the next stage is the group case study, there you'll be assigned to a group and you'll be given a hypothetical scenario and come up with strategies relevant to your function of choice. After that, shortlisted candidates will have a panel interview. There will be a final stage interview after that. There are tons of stages of interviews, but I wouldn't say they were too difficult. Competitive would be a better choice of word. I must say, however, all emails communicated to me were sent on a weekend with extremely tight/last-minute deadlines. For example, the email inviting me to the group case study was sent on a Saturday, inviting me to the assessment centre on the coming Monday. I was also required to confirm my attendance by the end of the day. I was also asked to complete the online assessments and video interview on the day itself (which both emails were also sent on a weekend).
Few stages to the interview (personality test, video interview, group assessment and a panelist interview right after, final interview]. The group assessment is the most challenging as this is the stage where most people get eliminated.
30 min Group interview , have to discuss a business case study with other interviewees, after the discussion have to present to the interviewer. They very focus on the leadership skills

It was a nice session and the interviewer was very welcoming and made the vibes more relaxing than intimidating. Also helping us to be more spesific to our answer. Overall so many thing I’ve learned from that session
