I applied online. I interviewed at Nestlé (Kuala Lumpur) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process was quite comprehensive. Applicants had to go through a video interview, assessment centre, a physical interview with the department's managers and the final interview with the head of department (can be an executive director). The interviewer asked some questions to test our general knowledge and application skills.

I applied through university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nestlé (New Delhi) in Apr 2025

There were 3 people on the panel, from marketing, HR and finance teams. They asked department specific questions and about my skills and CV. It went on for 40-50 minutes.

Question 1
1. Basics of accounting.
2. Types of financial statements and how to interpret them?
3. how to assess the financial health of the company?
The interview process typically involves application screening, first-round interview, technical assessment, behavioral interview, and reference checks. It may progress to a final interview before extending a job offer based on the candidate's suitability and cultural fit.
The first task is by doing assessments such as personality, work culture, basic math, reading, and traits. I felt it took a while to do some all. There was also a video assessment at the end that felt too fast to get to know the interviewee.
