I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Nestlé (Sydney) in Aug 2015
Interview
I had a phone interview for a nutrition advisor role. The recruiter was quite relaxed and it was more of an informal discussion. The interview went for 20 minutes. Questions were general, like why do you want to work for Nestle and why do you think you are a good fit for this role. I did not get further into the process as they were after someone that could start ASAP, and for personal reasons I could not start for another month. Overall, the process wasn't that bad. I asked for feedback from the recruiter and they were more than willing to help in that regard.
