For the Management Trainee (Malaysia), the first step was online assessments (as well as personality tests), followed by a video interview. If you were shortlisted, you will proceed to the next round which is assessment centre where you are required to work with other candidates to solve a case study. If you were successful, the next step will be the face to face interview.
