Quite thorough with multiple individuals from different functions taking part of this process but it is not different from other organizations. Each function seems to have been focused on specific areas
very unorganized process. they reached out to me twice to interview for a role, and both times the roles were canceled. company is very insular, has very few external hires at the higher levels, and they can move you to any role at any time without your input

It was a very well structured interview with information and job description provided in advance.
I was able to ask questions and follow up on open points.
It was followed by a on site interview. Conditions were finalized later
