1st step: Pre-recorded interview with hirevue (around 7 questions) 2nd step: Assessment center at Nestlé HQ with 6 HR/Hiring Managers of Nestlé consisting of: - 1) introduction of yourself 4mins (the slide need to be submitted in advance) - 2) group project : 30mins of group discussion and 5mins of group presentation (in front of Nestlé's hiring managers/hr) - 3) individual case study presentation (slides need to be prepared and submitted in advance) - 4) 3 rounds of 30mins interview in German, English and French
