Short, Nothing excited as they were hiring to fill the position and also to make sure they claim that they're very busy but it was not at all. Same process is going on for while to avoid the trouble.

The interview process consisted of three interviews, all of which were notably straightforward. The ease of the process was almost concerning, leading to uncertainty about the hiring team's qualifications. The interviewers represented the roles of Recruiter, Management, and Engineer.

Recruiter reached out to me via linkedin, we set up an initial phone screen meeting, recruiter no-showed our meeting, I emailed and followed up via linkedin message afterwards to find out what happened, no answer.

There was none, we just set up the call, but no response back, terrible experience which speaks to culture.

It appears one of our Recruiters did not follow through with communication and we take full responsibility for this action.
