There will be a technical assignment and once that submitted a technical round with Hiring manger and team followed by an HR round. I got proper updates during the process.

Phone screening, technical on-site part, talk with managers and HR. After making sure about possible budget and receiving information that technical and soft parts went great - offer was 30% lower than minimum earlier discussed.
