Interview
The HR initially informed me that there would be three rounds – a technical, a behavioral, and a managerial round.
Round 1 (Technical): Focused mainly on Core Java, my past projects, and the technologies I’ve used. There were also a few questions on Angular. The round lasted about an hour.
Round 2 (Behavioral): Mostly about my work experience, how I handle different situations, and teamwork examples. This round was shorter, around 30 minutes, and went smoothly.
After both rounds, the HR informed me that I was shortlisted and shared positive feedback from the interviewers. However, after that, the process became completely unresponsive. The managerial round was never scheduled, and despite following up multiple times, there was no clear update or closure. Eventually, the HR stopped responding altogether.
Overall, it was a negative experience. They were in a hurry to schedule the first two rounds but later became unresponsive and dismissive.
