Interview
Initially I received an email from the CTO to schedule a phone interview. I accepted the proposed date/time as it seemed we were both on a tight schedule. When the day and time came for the phone interview I waited for a call and got nothing at the scheduled time. I waited about 1 hr as that was the scheduled duration of the call and emailed the CTO that there was a missed connection and if we could reschedule. He replied back almost instantly stating that he was stuck in meetings and would call me shortly. 30 minutes had passed and he finally called with no apology for his punctuality or not even considering my availability 1.5 hours past the scheduled time. I took the call anyways but it was a huge red flag on his punctuality.
He asked me a few technical questions DNS,
Active Directory, and server administration.
Some other unrelated questions had to do with employment history and some basic scenarios in IT.
He scheduled an interview shortly after but was going to be on vacation and asked other managers to conduct an in person interview. I accepted with a little hesitation but the onsite was conducted a little more professionally, but asked more about job history in my in person interview and some technical questions. Interview lasted about 1 hour.

Interview
The CTO reached out to me to schedule a phone interview which I graciously accepted. We worked out a time for him to call me at 3:00pm on a Friday afternoon. I eagerly waited for his call which I even dressed up very nicely in case he wanted to do a meeting over video.
To say the least he was 30 minutes late reaching out to me, and I had to double check my calendar that it was in fact for a 3:00pm interview not at 3:30pm when he called. With no further apologies for being 30 minutes late indicated he was stuck in meetings and proceeded the interview process.
He began the interview, and asked me some work history, and to explain a typical day at a particular place. He than started explaining the job role and empathizing their on time policies which confused me to say the least because my first impression was how late he was to start the phone interview.
I wish I would have read the previous reviews before applying here as I decided not to advance in the interview process.
