I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Netwrix (Paramus, NJ) in Dec 2012
Interview
Five separate interviews, technical assessment, sales team member review and demonstration | presentation amongst peers. Process took the better part of four weeks to complete, and decision came soon afterward. After being hired the most difficult part was the provisioning for a new employee.

Question 1
The demonstration | presentation amongst the peers was a difficult one given the time to prepare, and that you had to do it with their software. Afterward I found out that it was one of the more difficult code offerings in their repertoire.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Netwrix
Interview
I interviewed over the phone after an initial screening at a job fair. The Sales Engineer who I interviewed went well at the beginning but the interviewer interjected personal details and comments that surprised me and frankly caught me off guard. The interviewer obviously had a list of questions to ask that were several pages long. The interview was set for an hour time slot and He used every bit of that time even after it was obvious there were no more questions to ask. Which made it quite uncomfortable to hear him searching for things to ask. They didn't want some one who they would have to train just someone they could plug in the spot. I got uncomfortable when the interviewer started complaining about recent company changes to allow VARS to sell their product. The tone of the interview went down hill from there when he mentioned his sales quota.I was glad to interview but didn't want the position after hearing about all the grumblings.

Question 1
I think the most difficult part was when I asked where the Headquarters was located in order to fill in a uncomfortable silence. Was told he wouldn't answer something I could look up online.
