You know, to be honest, during my experience of the interview process, I got the vibe right away that this company cares a lot about who they hire...which I would argue is not common for the SF ecosystem due to the demand.
After accepting an offer, everything came full circle, I was able to see why the interview process is the way it is. At the end of the day this company cares about its clients, and thus it cares about who they are hiring. Customer centric folks like myself should be drawn to this place and eager to be hired! They don't just preach their core values, they live and breath their values everyday. It starts at the top and you can feel its impacts all the way down to the bottom.
Overall the process was pretty open, organized, and what you would expect. My only advice is to watch out for the last interview- in a good way. C-suit executives will toss some questions our there that are tough, and they are tough because they are involved dynamic questions.
I will say, as someone who has never been a fan of hyperbole, it was really neat to see the response from the c-suit interviewer I had.
I personally think, it's increasingly difficult to know where honest answers will land you. So it was nice to see a very important company leader meet my kind...but honest replies with genuine acceptance.
