Job fair and meeting with administration. Nice campus, pleasant people. You sign in, they ask you what you're interested in, and then they led you to an administrator that oversees that department.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Nevada Virtual Academy (Henderson, NV) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview process involved a lot of questions that centered on what my experience has been. It was a ver enjoyable and light interview, but there were things that I needed to know from personal experience teaching in the elementary grades. They had a very professional interview process that encourages the individual to be relaxed. None of the interviewers were stuffy or uptight.
