Interviewing was great. The team was interested, interesting, rigorous, but not overly-perfectionist. It felt like a fit from the beginning, and very much a two-way conversation.
I asked a ton of questions, and the CEO put up with probably 5 times more questions than most other CEO's would, because he knew the value I could bring to the team. That helped me feel totally confident in my decision to leave my prior company and join Neverware.
