      Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst Interview

      18 May 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Winooski, VT
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at New Breed Revenue (Winooski, VT) in Apr 2018

      Interview

The 'interview' process (if you might even call it that) was like none other that I have experienced to date. I met with key leadership in my several conversations at the office and was presented with integrity, transparency and straightforwardness about what I was potentially signing up for and what kind of company New Breed is. I felt my voice was heard and regardless of my qualification level (I was not truly qualified) but I was validated by the Team and given helpful feedback on my approach. In many ways I would say the process, while one might think would have been disappointing due to outcome, was actually very enlightening and uplifting. I left feeling inspired and pressed to make a change, regardless of whether I got a new role with this intriguing company or whether I stayed the course with what I am currently doing now. I'd say to the company to keep up the hard work being consistent in your methodologies, whether through how you portray your B2B client principles, maintain your internal culture, or even look to recruit new talent. A+
