New Charter Technologies interview questions

Asked about goals in 5 years, if I personally worked with O365, Jira, InTune, and Entra. Also asked how I would handle a technical problem, interview lasted around 50 minutes

The interviewer appeared unprepared and unfamiliar with the role’s specific responsibilities, leaving me feeling like they hadn’t reviewed my background or the job description beforehand. The questions were unfocused, lacking depth or alignment with the skills needed for the position. As a candidate with extensive experience in program coordination, particularly with Microsoft tools and systems, I felt the interviewer wasn’t equipped to engage in a meaningful conversation about the role or the company’s vision. Additionally, the overall process lacked structure and professionalism. Key aspects of the position weren’t explained clearly, and there was little opportunity to discuss how my qualifications aligned with their expectations. I left the interview feeling undervalued and unsure about the company’s commitment to hiring the right talent for such a pivotal role.
