The process is quite riddled with delays, recruiters don't really communicate well with their Lead Architects for the next step of the interview process.
Unfortunately like every other west coast company they do a "tests" that take 1.5 hours to complete, which they don't even provide an overview of what's to be expected, which really make things one sided since your not sure what to prepare for.
Everyone who builds organization needs to wake up to the idea, working as a team collaborator is key to the success of the company and the knowledge share within it. Once they put a "test" in place this completely places them in the "do not apply" or "waste your time" category since they truly have no gauge of how to do a strong peer review amongst professionals. Once you know this why would you apply to a company that has no value or deep understanding of how value is created in an organization .
Tests are for university students not for Professionals.
