Somewhat normal interview. They were somewhat polite when my interview had to be pushed back an hour due to a time conflict. Founder did ask for a "good excuse" immediately. In-person interview went well, but then I was told I would be seeing the company psychologist. While this was a bit strange, it made sense.
However, I was then contacted by said psychologist's assistant who sent me a five hour series of exams and set up a meeting with the psych. I was immediately contacted by New Dimensions because they wanted the process sped up, "as fast as humanly possible." I was expected to work a full day (they were aware I was in a full time position when I interviewed), take a five hour exam and then meet with a psychologist the next day, taking more time off from the job I already had. I told them I would not be able to make that kind of deadline.
They emailed me immediately and rescinded their offer, even though they had never actually made any offer to begin with. I was still under the impression that this was part of the interview.
Very poorly organized, and insultingly little respect for other people's time and responsibilities. Again, this was for an administrative assistant position. Red flags all over the place with this organization. Beware.
