New Door Ventures interview questions

Basically 4 step interview process, you have phone screening then the next three rounds. Phone screening was nice and easy as well as first round interview, they said they'll get back regardless within a week, however it's been 3 weeks, a follow up email would have been nice instead of feeling like I'm in limbo.
