Great with external recruiters, less so with company managers. Made representations and didn't follow through. He later denied making the representations. Great business to be in, it was a pity about the people within the company.

Good chat, did a technical test in the interview which utilised Windows 11. Two interviewers, both team leaders who I would potentially be working under. Went for just over an hour, lots of discussions of potential scenarios and how I would handle them.
