Basic interview. Manager interviewing looking for someone who would 'fit in' and had experience in the mental health field. Position applied for was night shift. Salary was $10 per hour.

Interview
A few questionnaire questions with the house manager and administrator. Very short interview. Following an interview is a couple of days training at the main office and then shadow days wherever you're going to be placed.
