Interview is conducted in 2 stages. First one with HR officer and Department Head, where the candidate is supposed to work.
Basic question on compatability and prior experience, plus if they like you they will give some hometask to prepare a presentation or a work plan. If candidate succeeds the initial step then the second round interview is conducted.
Next step is with top management, where the actual decision is made. Its usually First vice rector or Vice rector for Research. The salary can be negotiated with top management.
