New Vision Wilderness interview questions

Very lengthy and disorganized interview process. The application is 20+ pages. The founders seem cool. They have a few locations. I had an overnight in the field and enjoyed the work but ultimately just was not a good fit.

Long application online, lots of questions wanting a paragraph or two written answer. I waited a week or two and received a call back followed by email exchange and then an over hour long interview phone call. I was invited up after a reference check and passing the phone interview.
