I walked in and asked if the company was hiring. They were, and at the time I got an immediate interview with the assistant manager. I passed, and he got the general manager who offered me the job on the spot.

Interview
After applying I received a phone call to arrange a time and date. The interview was conducted in an empty booth and drinks were provided. Both interviewers were polite and asked relevant questions. They were open about the requirements and described the nature of potential second interviews. They also described the job and made sure it worked with your availability.
