Interview
the process was simple and short.1st interview - met with the HR manager when the power went out for about 30 minutes - oddly enough, the manager continued to interview me as if nothing happened.
2nd interview - met with the person who would become my boss.
Manager asked about me and experience. Gave me easy tasks to preform. Very interactive. Got to know me. It was a very easy interview. W did a group interview with several people applying then she asked us individual question. Very interactive. .

Interview
I was looking for a job and asked if they were hiring. The manager gave me an application and we made an appointment to meet the next day. I didn't have any retail experience but the manager seemed really interested that I was available always. (Not in school currently.) She was really nice and the other employee I met was nice too. She hired me on the spot.

She asked about my availability and whether or not I was okay with getting customers to sign up for their store dredit card. (Their store credit card is important to them.)
