NewNet Communication Technologies Software Engineer interview questions

Initial phone screen was by the country head -- who talked very well. Was impressed. Got called onsite. Didn't know how long -- apparently it was a couple of hours only. Waited for an hour in a glass-room and HR person showed up just as I was about to leave. She nonchalantly continued without anything of an apology. Then the sw-director came in to talk generics, without getting into details. And wanted to schedule another round later. I was highly ticked off by the whole process that I declined the next phase.
