Interview
I applied on-line in April and I was called in September for a phone interview. There was no advance notice so I was not able to specifically prepare. The interview went very well as I was a strong and experienced candidate for the role. Within a few hours, I was contacted for an updated resume which suggested interest. I sent it with a thank you note, Afterwards, there was no updates nor replies to my follow-ups.

What was it about this role that interested you in applying?
Phone screen, zoom based interviews with limited communication from recruiting. The process is slow and recruiting screened my interview twice. They acted as if they never talked to me before
The interview process was virtual during COVID with the opportunity to interact with several members of the team and leadership which provided great insight into the work and work environment.

1 phone interview by a team member, 1 phone interview by the department head followed by an onsite interview that was 6 hours long (five 55min sessions back to back with either one or groups of people).
