I interviewed with two people and it was a one round interview process. Typical behavioural interviews. Both interviewerst were very engaging and I had great conversations with the both of them. They ask you why Newell and why sales. The position is very oriented on personality so that is what they look for.

I did a 15 minute phone screen, and then met with the team for a 2 hour interview via Microsoft teams. Completely ghosted after the final interview, never heard back even after following up.

Interview Process was more simple than anticipated. 1 Phone interview and 1 in-person interview. The gentlemen interviewing was very relaxed and could see right through anyone being fake or not answering with honesty.

Two person interview where you first meet with HR then speak with a sales manager. They ask a variety of questions about who you are as a person and how you think you can improve their sales team.
