Newfield Exploration interview questions

Two interviewers, very friendly. Asked for specific situations of behavioral questions, warm and welcoming. Not too much pressure or tension. Good interview overall. I think they have the interview process down quite well. Lot of back and forth so it wasn't a one sided interview.
